BEREA, Ohio -- A Berea man, 60, faces criminal damaging charges after he kicked and damaged a woman’s shopping cart Oct. 18 inside the Tower in the Park apartments, 55 Barrett Road.
The victim, whose story was corroborated by security video, said she was standing in the apartment building’s lobby at about 2:45 p.m. She was waiting for a grocery delivery.
